Only the details needed to respond.
When you send a white-label brief, Agemandi uses the information you provide to assess the request, discuss a potential project and respond to you.
What we receive
Your name, company, email address and the project information you choose to share in the brief form.
How it is used
We use it only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a possible scope or quote, and manage a professional follow-up. We do not sell enquiry information.
Form delivery
The form is processed by a PHP handler hosted on agemandi.by and delivered to hello@agemandi.by. It does not use FormSubmit. Do not include confidential client credentials, passwords or regulated personal data in the first enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become active projects are deleted within 12 months. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence and commercial records may be retained for the period required to deliver the work, meet accounting obligations and resolve contractual matters.
Your choice
You can ask us to update or delete the details you have sent by emailing hello@agemandi.by.
